EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Whereas the customer is in particular unable to see the product, and in accordance with Directive 97/7 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on 20 May 1997, may return the purchase within 15 days of from the date of receipt thereof, without prejudice to the consumer's rights provided for in the legislation in force, in particular as regards the receipt of products which are damaged or which do not correspond to the description.

The only expenses borne by the customer arising from the exercise of his right to return the purchased products will be the direct expenses of the return of the good.

You should always send an email to shop@macielferreira.com stating that you will be returning the product (s), indicating the order or invoice number and which product (s) to return .

You should also specify whether you want to replace it with another product (s) or refund the amount paid, and you should wait for a contact from Maciel & Ferreira, Lda. Before proceeding to return it.

The return of the product (s) must comply with the following conditions:

Ensure the return of the article (s) in good condition (in conditions of sale), with original packaging inviolate, without having been tried and accompanied by its invoice. If the packaging is damaged and the articles have obvious marks of use, Maciel & Ferreira, Lda. Will not accept the exchange or return of value.

COMMENTS

If you choose to exchange the product we inform you that:

Shipping costs to our address are borne by the customer, except for customers injured by shipping or product deterioration. In these cases shipping costs will be borne by Maciel & Ferreira, Lda.
The exchange will only be made after checking the condition of the product and compliance with the conditions described above.

If you choose to return the amount we inform you that:

Refunds will be made for the full amount of the order (products plus shipping charges), unless the reason for the return is not the responsibility of our service - in these cases, the amount of the refund will be deducted from shipping charges.
The return will only be made after checking the condition of the product and compliance with the conditions described above.
In the event that the shipping container is damaged you should check its contents at the time of delivery and immediately file a claim with the carrier, then contact us at our email address.

The same also applies when the articles are damaged even if the packaging is in good condition.
